** DELIVERY: FOR 20 FEET CONTAINER 5 TO 6 WEEKS AND FOR 40 FEET CONTAINER 7 TO 8 WEEKS AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION.


** TERMS OF PAYMENT: IRREVOCABLE LATTER OF CREDIT (L/C) 100% AT SIGHT OR ADVANCE PAYMENT VIA SWIFT AT OUR BANK ACCOUNT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

Terms that define the obligations, risks and costs of the buyer and seller involving the delivery of goods that comprise an export transaction. Regular shipping terms shown below:


Ex Works (EXW): The seller delivers the goods at their premises, and the buyer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs from that point onward.

Free Carrier (FCA): The seller delivers the goods to a carrier nominated by the buyer at a specified place. The risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Carriage Paid To (CPT): The seller pays for the carriage of goods to the named destination. The risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Carriage and Insurance Paid To (CIP): Similar to CPT, but the seller also provides insurance coverage for the goods during transit.

Delivered at Place (DAP): The seller delivers the goods to a named place of destination, and the buyer bears all costs and risks from that point onward.

Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU): Replacing the old term DAT, DPU requires the seller to unload the goods at the destination.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer, including all costs and duties.
For sea and inland waterway transport, we have:

Free Alongside Ship (FAS): The seller delivers the goods alongside the vessel at the named port of loading.

Free on Board (FOB): The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the named port of loading, and the risk transfers to the buyer at that point.

Cost and Freight (CFR): The seller pays for the cost of goods and freight to the named port of destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer upon loading.

Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF): Similar to CFR, but the seller also provides insurance coverage for the goods during transit.
