shipping terms shown below:
Ex Works (EXW): The seller delivers the goods at their premises, and the
buyer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance
costs from that point onward.
Free Carrier (FCA): The seller delivers the goods to a carrier nominated
by the buyer at a specified place. The risk transfers to the buyer once the
goods are handed over to the carrier.
Carriage Paid To (CPT): The seller pays for the carriage of goods to the
named destination. The risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivered at Place (DAP): The seller delivers the goods to a named place
of destination, and the buyer bears all costs and risks from that point onward.
Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU): Replacing the old term DAT, DPU
requires the seller to unload the goods at the destination.

goods to the buyer, including all costs and duties.
For sea and inland waterway transport, we have:

Free on Board (FOB): The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at
the named port of loading, and the risk transfers to the buyer at that point.
Cost and Freight (CFR): The seller pays for the cost of goods and freight
to the named port of destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer upon
loading.
Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF): Similar to CFR, but the seller also
provides insurance coverage for the goods during transit.
